That’s great!  Welcome back.  This year, we have something extra for YOU.  The Power Up! is a way for you to get more out of the program.  If you did the program in 2018, you may see similar Healthy Habit Challenges.  The Power Up! is a way to change the weekly Healthy Habit so you try something NEW and continue to challenge yourself.

To get ready for a new year, take a moment to think about how you did in 2018 and what you’d like to get out of the 2019 program.  Here are a few questions to guide your reflection as you write it in your journal:

  • What habits remain?
  • What got in the way of sustaining your new habits?
  • What will you do differently this time?
