Are you ready to kick-off a lifelong healthy lifestyle? Join the City of St. Louis Department of Health’s 2015 Small Changes for Health free 10 week program. The Health Department has partnered with AARP St. Louis and Funjet Vacations for this 2015 challenge. Participants have a chance to win great prizes such as a Massage Envy gift card or an all expenses paid trip.

Small Changes for Health is a web-based behavior modification program focused on increasing one’s level of fitness over a 10 week period. Participants work at improving their health by making small changes to their daily routines, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator at work. The goal is to move progressively from minimal physical activity to more advanced activities. Additionally, the program’s website has extra health tips and recommended activities.
